Thai Herbal Massage
In this class students will learn to utilize and make a variety of Thai hot herbal massage compresses, liniments and oils as well as other adjunct herbal remedies that support Thai bodywork. This is a fun day of connecting with the herbal side of traditional Thai medicine as it pertains to Thai massage treatments.
Thai herbal compresses are amazingly effective at releasing blocked tissue, relieving pain, relaxing the body as well as having therapeutic effects on colds and congestion.
This workshop is offered as either a one day, or two evening 7 hour course.
There is no pre-requisite for this class and students with no prior massage training are welcome.
