Thai Abdominal Massage & Element Theory in Hot Springs Montana

Thai Abdominal Massage & Element Theory in Hot Springs Montana

Come soak and learn. In this two day workshop we will spend our mornings in a beautiful geodesic dome learning the crucially important work of Thai manual therapies for the viscera. Abdominal massage addresses our vital organs, promoting good digestion, general organ health, certain back pains, women's reproductive health, general vitality, and more. Our afternoons will be immersed in an exploration of Thai element theory, a foundation of Thai medicine that can forever change your practice and the lens through which you view the world. In between intensive learning sessions students may soak in the nearby mineral springs.

Students stay on site at the lovely Alameda Hot Springs Resort (it feels like a sweet humble Thai guesthouse!). Rooms are not included in class tuition and must be booked separately by the students.
